Operations Planner

To support our logistic team we are searching for a Opereations Planner (m/f/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Control, monitor and develop existing internal logistics processes
  • Root cause analysis and joint derivation of measures for improvement to enhance the customer experience
  • Definition and documentation of the target process and, if necessary, derivation of ERP requirements to support the process improvement
  • Ownership and responsibility of own projects including accompanying the implementation of the process improvements
  • Close collaboration with the Heads and Team Leaders of the different warehouse departments (e.g. inbound, outbound, warehousing) as well as the stakeholders of the adjacent departments (e.g. customer experience, ERP development)
  • Development as MYT internal expert and contact person regarding all internal logistics processes (physical as well as systemic)

WHO YOU ARE

  • Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on logistics
  • Practical experience in logistics, e-commerce or consulting
  • Very good knowledge of German and / or English
  • Very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerBi)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics Business Central) is an advantage
  • High motivation as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, quick comprehension and strong analytical skills Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
