Let’s get to know each other. While we’re looking to assess you on technical and soft competencies, the interview is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get more insights regarding the role and the company environment.

Your hiring team will carefully consider your application before getting back to you. The decision will be made based on the feedback from team members of varying levels of seniority, experience, and perspectives.

Step 4: Get hired

Welcome to the Mytheresa family! Your Talent Attraction Manager will be there to conclude the process and introduce you to our HR Services team, who will take care of your onboarding.

What should I include in my application?

We need your CV along with your contact details. We would also appreciate a letter of motivation, which should explain your personal reasons for applying for the role.

I don’t speak German. Can I still apply for positions at Mytheresa?

Yes, Mytheresa’s business language is English. However, for some German-based roles, German language skills are mandatory and will be mentioned as a job requirement in the job description.

Who can I contact if I have questions throughout the interview process?

Our Talent Attraction Managers will support you throughout the process. Feel free to ask them questions about what to expect, who you will meet, and more.

How long is the hiring process typically?
