We are responsible for personalizing the shopping experience. Our ultimate goal: to create maximum customer satisfaction.

We are responsible for the smooth running of the business. Specifically included are the departments and teams Human Resources, Finance, Payment & Fraud, Business Intelligence, Customs, Project Management, Business Development, Office Management and Facility & House Services.

We are responsible for the two brick-and-mortar Mytheresa stores in Munich, where we provide our loyal customers with the highest level of service to make sure that we remain the top address for luxury fashion in Munich.
