• Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in handling sensitive information confidentially, few years of experience as an assistant at management/executive level desireable
• Completed three-year commercial vocational training (e.g. office clerk)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to interact and support management across different locations and interface areas
• Ability to act independently in accordance with general instructions and established operational procedures
