Junior User Experience Manager (f/m/d)

To support our Shop Management team we are searching for a Junior User Experience Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Become part of the Shop Management team and be responsible for identifying user needs and motivation, as well as independently developing user guidance concepts for all our Digital Web Applications.
  • Be responsible for creating concepts, scribbles, mockups & interactive prototypes for all our digital products and bring your market overview of developments & trends to the team.
  • Join the transformation of the 360° customer journey on customer touchpoints and develop comprehensive user experiences.
  • Leverage collaboration with web analytics, product management, and design teams to transform digital products into unique shopping experiences.
  • Be responsible for developing and improving our internal digital products such as (CMS, Backoffice, or Returns Platform).
  • Conduct regular user surveys as well as usability tests, identify the needs of our customers, and derive improvement actions Based on the results therefrom.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Completed studies or training in a relevant field.
  • At least one year of professional experience in conceptual design, user experience, usability, or conversion optimization, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Experience with current web technologies.
  • Hands-on, service-oriented, and customer-driven person.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent feeling for mobile usability and user interaction, customer journeys, and analytical understanding of e-commerce KPIs.
  • Experience with wireframe and prototyping tools and other design programs (e.g. Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or similar).
