Teamlead – UI Design (f/m/d)
To support our Creative team we are searching for a Teamlead – UI Design (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead, mentor and develop Team of UI Designers
- Ensure highest quality design of Mytheresa customer facing digital products
- Supervise design processes from ideation until delivery
- Ensure quality testing of UI implementation
- Ensure great collaboration with UX, Tech Teams and Creative Teams as well as any other stakeholders, both internal and external
- Create UI for our webshop, app, etc
WHO YOU ARE
- 8+ years experience in product design, B2C, ideally e-commerce, backed up by portfolio
- 2+ years experience leading Product Design Team
- Expert knowledge of industry standard software: Figma, Adobe, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Collaborative mindset and hands-on approach
- Great organization and planning skills
- Understanding of luxury customer
- Fluent in English
