Teamlead Accounting Payables (f/m/d)
To support our Finance team we are searching for a Teamlead Accounting Payables (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You actively participate in the daily operations of accounts payable and all related tasks
- You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of currently ten employees
- You ensure the quality and quantity of accounts payable in DATEV
- You oversee fixed assets, prepaid expenses, provisions, and VAT pre-registration
- You optimize bank accounting, payment transactions, and credit card statements
- You support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
WHO YOU ARE
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
- Further training as a certified accountant or comparable qualifications is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of VAT law
- Relevant professional experience in accounts payable and team leadership
- Very good knowledge of accounting software DATEV and ideally MS Excel
- You have experience in process optimization of accounts payable
