Supervisor Sales (f/m/d) Mytheresa Store

To support our Store team we are searching for a Supervisor Sales (f/m/d) Mytheresa Store to be based in our Mytheresa store in Munich.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Work closely with the Floor Manager of our young and trendy luxury fashion department on all matters including in-store merchandising, merchandise management, warehouse organization and team motivation
Supporting and consulting of our luxury national and international customers to exceed customer expectations
Establis long-term customer relationships by providing our customers with professional advice based on product and brand know-how
Represent Mytheresa with the right attitude and customer orientation
Work in a team to achieve the goals of the store together

WHO YOU ARE

Relevant work experience as supervisor in a luxury or high-end retail environment
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus
Enthusiastic and flexible with a passion for young luxury fashion and international brands
Strong teamwork skills, ideally gained in a sales environment
Fluent in German, good English skills are desirable, further language skills are welcome (e.g. Arabic, Chinese or Russian)
