Senior Manager Group Tax Projects (f/m/d)
To support our Tax team we are searching for a Senior Manager Group Tax Projects (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Contribution to the preparation and further development of tax-related closing processes under IFRS and HGB
- Preparation of IFRS tax accounting and deferred taxes in the Group financial statements
- Support the implementation and roll-out of a Tax Compliance Management System (Tax CMS)
- Contribute to international tax topics, including transfer pricing, Pillar Two, CbCR and group tax matters
- Support integration activities in the context of M&A transactions
- Coordinate and manage external tax advisors
- Work closely with the Head of Group Tax and local finance teams
- Further develop and standardize tax processes and documentation across the Group
WHO YOU ARE
- Several years of professional experience in corporate income taxation, ideally in an international group or with a Big 4 / tax advisory firm
- German tax advisor qualification (Steuerberater) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of IFRS tax accounting, in particular deferred taxes
- Experience working closely with accounting and finance teams
- Initial exposure to Tax CMS, Pillar Two or international tax projects is a plus
- Structured and pragmatic working style with a hands-on mindset
- Very good German and English language skills
