(Senior) Controller (f/m/d)
To support our Controlling team we are searching for a (Senior) Controller (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support monthly/quarterly closing (IFRS) in coordination with Accounting-Team and other departments
- Act as a business partner for cost center responsibles, including international branches
- Conduct operative cost analyses / variance analyses with focus on shipping costs
- Prepare management reportings of financial performance
- Handle ad-hoc requests in collaboration with Head of Controlling and the CFO
- Participate in budget and forecast processes (P&L, BS, and Cash Flow)
- Develop Transfer Pricing, oversee company-wide contract management, and improve processes in coordination with other departments
WHO YOU ARE
- Hold an academic degree in Business Administration with a finance, controlling, or accounting focus
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling (6+ years for senior positions)
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with German HGB and IFRS accounting standards
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented, reliable, and hands-on approach, with intercultural teamwork experience
- Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel; experience with LucaNet and MS Power BI is a plus
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with knowledge of German as a plus
