Receptionist (f/m/d)
To support our Operations team we are searching for a Receptionist (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Heimstetten.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Reception and guidance of our guests and suppliers from greeting, sharing information of contact persons, cab provision, etc.
- Telephone switchboard support in German and English (answering and transferring calls, mainly from business partners)
- Coordination of the conference rooms
- Coordination of the pool of vehicles for trips to the logistic sites
- Support with administrative and organizational tasks such as telephone list maintenance, flower orders and competitor monitoring
WHO YOU ARE
- Completed commercial training preferably in the hotel industry or another service-related field
- Professional experience in a comparable function
- Very friendly appearance with high service orientation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and flexibility combined with an independent and professional working style
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Very good knowledge of German and English language in both written and spoken
