Junior CRM Analyst (f/m/d)

To support our Customer Relationship Management team we are searching for a Junior CRM Analyst (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Analyze customer behavior and generate customer insights
  • Create and develop data driven analyses and reports
  • Development and implementation of ML models
  • Advancement of customer segmentation to a foundation for personalized customer targeting
  • Implementation and automation of CRM campaigns, as well as campaign success tracking
  • Continuous optimization, monitoring, and quality checks of already existing processes

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field
  • Working experience in an analytical role, BI, or Database Marketing within E-commerce or consulting
  • Practical skills in SQL (e.g., MS SQL Server, Azure) and experience with relational or non-relational databases; ETL skills (e.g., MS SSIS, Pentaho, Kettle) are a plus
  • Practical statistical modeling experience using notebooks in Python, Rstudio, or Colab is a plus
  • Experience with CRM solutions, campaign management tool implementation, and statistical tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with a liking for data and figures; result-driven with high standards for quality and precision
  • Professional with good communication skills, enjoys working in teams, and fluent in Business English
