HR Absence Manager (f/m/d)

To support our Payroll team we are searching for a HR Absence Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office or in our warehouse in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Maintain and monitor absence management in our internal HR systems, ATOSS and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Provide timely support to the payroll team for the monthly payroll cycle
  • Generate reports related to absences
  • Act as the point of contact for any questions related to absences
  • Serve as the go-to person for system-related inquiries
  • Coordinate with other internal HR functions
  • Retrieve electronic work certificates in the payroll system, DATEV

WHO YOU ARE

  • Completed commercial training or a similar qualification
  • Initial experience in absence management
  • Experience with ATOSS, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or DATEV is a plus
  • Reliable, structured, and trustworthy work approach
  • A hands-on mentality with a passion for taking on and developing new tasks
  • Strong verbal and written German and English skills
