To support our Payroll team we are searching for a HR Absence Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office or in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain and monitor absence management in our internal HR systems, ATOSS and SAP SuccessFactors
- Provide timely support to the payroll team for the monthly payroll cycle
- Generate reports related to absences
- Act as the point of contact for any questions related to absences
- Serve as the go-to person for system-related inquiries
- Coordinate with other internal HR functions
- Retrieve electronic work certificates in the payroll system, DATEV
WHO YOU ARE
- Completed commercial training or a similar qualification
- Initial experience in absence management
- Experience with ATOSS, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or DATEV is a plus
- Reliable, structured, and trustworthy work approach
- A hands-on mentality with a passion for taking on and developing new tasks
- Strong verbal and written German and English skills
