Group Controller (f/m/d)
To support our Controlling team team we are searching for a Group Controller (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities at Group level and assist in the preparation of IFRS financial statements
- Perform detailed cost analysis of central Group functions and act as a business partner to cost center owners, providing financial transparency and insights
- Prepare management reports on Group financial performance, including variance analysis and key performance indicators
- Contribute to the preparation of Group budgets and forecasts, covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement
- Support special projects and provide ad-hoc financial analyses as required
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis in a corporate environment; alternatively, experience in external audit or management consulting at a Big Four company
- Strong understanding of financial statements and planning processes, with good IFRS knowledge
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools like LucaNet or Power BI is a plus
- Analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
