Cash Desk Associate (f/m/d)

To support our team in our store, we are searching for a Cash Desk Associate (f/m/d) to be based in our Mytheresa store in Munich.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Handling all cash transactions for our high-class national and internationals customers and closings the sales
Processing returns
Representing the Mytheresa brand style at all times
Close cooperation with the Floor Manager and Office
Maintaining and updating the customer file
Administrative tasks (voucher management, etc.)

WHO YOU ARE

Very good verbal communication skills in German, Good English skills are a plus
High sensitivity in dealing with our very high-class customers
A strong sense of service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Stylish appearance and a positive attitude
Experience in the luxury sector and affinity for luxury products
