Teamlead Measurement (f/m/d)
To support our Size & Fit team we are searching for a Teamlead Measurement (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Building and training of a new team at the Leipzig location according to the standards and specifications of Mytheresa, with the help of the managers of the other locations
- Flexibility for training in Heimstetten (near Munich) for one month (August), after that the teambuilding starts in Leipzig
- Managing of the team at the location Leipzig including the appropriate division and allocation of workload
- Coordinate and support the team in all technical aspects and communication with internal teams (e.g. daily Jira product requests from Customer Care, as well as product description changes)
- Regular consultation with team leadership.
WHO YOU ARE
- Good knowledge of cut
- Interest in luxury goods
- First experiences in leading a team as well as good communication skills
- Native German mandatory and very good English skills
- Confidence and assertiveness
- Good MS Office skills
- Attention to detail and customer-oriented thinking
