To support our Recruiting team we are searching for Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Application management incl. candidate pre-screening on a global scale and close cooperation with the respective departments
- Communication with the applicants via e-mail and telephone
- Organization and conduction of interviews
- Conducting Trial Days in High Volume Recruiting
- Support of candidates up to their starting date incl. administrative internal processes
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Business Administration or equal education, ideally with a focus on human resources
- Recruitment experience – preferably in the field of High Volume Recruiting
- High focus on teamwork as well as self-responsibility and reliability
- Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
- Hands-on mentality
