Personal Shopping Return Coordinator (f/m/d)
To support our team we are searching for a Personal Shopping Return Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all incoming Personal Shopping customer returns efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor return shipments to ensure timely receipt and resolution.
- Manage support tickets, ensuring timely communication and resolution of return-related queries.
- Record and document all problem cases with clear and comprehensive notes.
- Ensure all return activities are documented clearly in our systems and align with internal quality standards.
- Assist with root cause analysis for stock discrepancies and returns-related issues.
- Investigate and resolve stock variances and inventory queries.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed training in logistics or a commercial field.
- Experience in warehouse operations, including returns processing.
- Familiarity with luxury goods handling is a plus.
- Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (NAV) is essential.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic work environment and bring a self-reliant, structured, and responsible working style.
- Flexibility and a hands-on mentality.
