YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Correspondence with our international suppliers regarding the processing of complaints, including the evaluation of the goods
- Close cooperation with our Incoming Goods and Buying Team as well as with Customer Care and Personal Shopper Team
- Coordination of the exchanges of goods and returns of goods on commission
- Creating of shipment and customs documents, packing the returns as well as controlling the reviewed returns
- Processing of credit notes and replacement deliveries
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed relevant commercial education
- Very good knowledge in English and German, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills with external partners, negotiating skills, discretion and diligence
- Ability to concentrate, focus and working passionately aa well as loyality
