Head of Inbound
To support our logistics team we are searching for Head of Inbound (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Responsible for all inbound material flows from our suppliers, customers, and other sites
- Lead the Division Manager of the Incoming Goods and Returns teams
- Monitor and continuously improve inbound processes, including KPI analysis and reporting
- Work closely with other departments and locations (internal and external)
- Build, shape, and further develop the teams
- Actively execute, manage, and participate in logistics projects
- Work in close collaboration with the Site Manager
WHO YOU ARE
- Successfully completed relevant vocational training or university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics, retail, or wholesale
- At least four years of leadership experience managing large operational teams
- Strong negotiation skills and solid numerical acumen
- Extensive experience in process analysis and process optimization
- High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
- Business fluent German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
- Assertiveness, organizational talent, strong communication skills, and diplomatic finesse
- Pragmatic approach and a positive attitude towards change
- Flexibility, hands-on mentality, and resilience under pressure
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management systems
